1. Udział w wydarzeniu Beskid Tango Maraton jest możliwy wyłącznie dla osób, które zarejestrowały się za pomocą formularza rejestracyjnego, dokonały pełnej płatności oraz otrzymały ostateczne potwierdzenie udziału przesłane przez Organizatora na adres e-mail.  Samo przesłanie formularza nie oznacza przyjęcia na maraton

2.  Po zarejestrowaniu, do 7 dni, otrzymasz informacje dotyczące płatności. Gdyby tak się nie stało, skontaktuj się z nami. Po poprawnej rejestracji, otrzymasz od nas automatyczną odpowiedź zawierającą wszystkie szczegóły dotyczące Twojej rejestracji.

3, Termin płatności upływa 7 dni po otrzymaniu wiadomości ze wskazówkami dotyczącymi płatności. Gdy kwota nie wpłynie na podane konto w tym terminie, jeszcze raz zwracamy się z informacją, że nie otrzymaliśmy płatności, po kolejnych 7 dniach usuwamy Twoją rejestrację z listy. 

4. Sprawdź swoją skrzynkę e-mail i daj nam znać, jeżeli wystąpią jakiekolwiek trudności z Twoją rejestracją.

5. Twój udział zostanie zatwierdzony dopiero po otrzymaniu płatności.

6. Ilość miejsc na całym wydarzeniu jest ograniczona, uczestnictwo jest możliwe po wykupieniu karnetu fullpass po wyczerpaniu miejsc rejestracja zostanie zakończona.

7. Rezygnacja z wydarzenia, możliwa jest przez odstąpienie swojego uczestnictwa innej osobie w tej samej ( leader, follower ) informując o tym organizatora, podając dane nowego uczestnika maratonu.

8. Organizator nie odpowiada za urazy lub szkody na zdrowiu, które powstały z winy uczestnika lub w wyniku działań innych uczestników podczas maratonu. 

9. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za rzeczy uczestników, które mogą zostać zgubione, zniszczone lub skradzione podczas trwania maratonu.

10. Każdy uczestnik wydarzenia Beskid Tango Marathon  wyraża zgodę na wykorzystanie swojego wizerunku poprzez publikację zdjęć, materiałów reklamowych w mediach (takich jak: Internet, prasa, telewizja) celem reklamy obecnej oraz kolejnych edycji wydarzenia. 

11. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmian w programie wydarzenia oraz w regulaminie.

1. Participation in the event is only possible for people who registered using the registration form, made full payment and received final confirmation of participation sent by the Organizer to the e-mail address. Submitting the form itself does not mean acceptance to the marathon.

2. After registration, you will receive payment information within 7 days. If this does not happen, please contact us. After correct registration, you will receive an automatic response from us containing all the details regarding your registration.

3. The payment deadline is 7 days after receiving the message with payment instructions. If the amount does not reach the given account within this period, we will contact you again with information that we have not received the payment, after another 7 days we will remove your registration from the list.

4. Check your e-mail and let us know if there are any difficulties with your registration.

5. Your participation will be approved only after receiving payment.

6. The number of places at the entire event is limited, participation is possible after purchasing a fullpass ticket, after the places are filled, the registration will be closed.

7. Withdrawal from the event is possible by transferring your participation to another person in the same (leader, follower) informing the organizer about this, providing the data of the new marathon participant.

8. The organizer is not responsible for injuries or damage to health that occurred due to the participant's fault or as a result of the actions of other participants during the marathon.

9. The organizer is not responsible for the participants' belongings that may be lost, destroyed or stolen during the marathon.

10. Each participant of the Beskid Tango Marathon event consents to the use of their image through the publication of photos, advertising materials in the media (such as: the Internet, press, television) for the purpose of advertising the current and future editions of the event.

11. The organizer reserves the right to change the event program and the regulations.

W świetle art. 13 ust. 1 i 2 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych, dalej: RODO) (Dz. Urz. UE L119/1) ustalone zostały następujące elementy:

• Wszelkie przekazane dobrowolnie przez Ciebie poprzez stronę www. beskidtango.pl lub mailowo na adres: bbtango.fundacja@gmail.com dane (imię, nazwisko, email, link FB) administrowane są przez Fundację BBtango, 43-309 Bielsko-Biała, E. Zajączka 14, NIP 5472156924 .

• Twoje dane służą nam do celów związanych z organizacją wydarzeń (rezerwacja, informacje organizacyjne, analiza danych, marketing bezpośredni produktów i usług własnych) organizowanych przez Fundację.

• Dane przekazane Firmie mogą być przekazywane stronom trzecim na terenie Unii Europejskiej oraz poza tym obszarem jeśli będzie to niezbędne do wykonania zawartej  z Tobą umowy lub  realizacji obowiązków ciążących na Administratorze: (firmy księgowe, linie lotnicze, hotele, organy publiczne, którym dane są przekazywane na mocy prawa).

•  Twoje dane będą przetwarzane w czasie realizacji wydarzenia, w związku z którym zostały przekazane, a następnie przez okres 24 miesięcy od zakończenia wydarzenia.

• W każdej chwili przysługuje Ci prawo dostępu do danych Ciebie dotyczących, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia zgody na ich przetwarzanie oraz żądanie ich przeniesienia do innych podmiotów.

•  Przekazywane przez Ciebie dane nie są i nie będą wykorzystywane do profilowania.

2.All data provided voluntarily by you via the website www.beskidtango.pl or by e-mail to the address: bbtango.fundacja@gmail.com (name, surname, e-mail, FB link) are administered by the BBtango Foundation, 43-309 Bielsko-Biała, E. Zajączka 14, NIP 5472156924.

3.Your data is used for purposes related to the organization of events (booking, organizational information, data analysis, direct marketing of own products and services) organized by the Foundation.

4.Data provided to the Company may be transferred to third parties within the European Union and outside this area if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator: (accounting firms, airlines, hotels, public authorities to whom data is transferred under the law).

5.Your data will be processed during the implementation of the event in connection with which it was transferred, and then for a period of 24 months from the end of the event.

6.At any time, you have the right to access the data concerning you, rectify it, delete it, limit your consent to its processing and request its transfer to other entities.

7.The data provided by you is not and will not be used for profiling.
